Sky fibre installation
I recently had sky fibre instalked & since then my landline stopped working, after googling the problem I managed to sort the it myself, it turns out the cable from the landline needs to be conected to the router, when I had fibre installed the person said I needed to keep my phoneline to use the phone, surely he should have known the phone needed to be conected to the router, these installers need to be told this as we'd had no landline for nearly a week, it was only when my sister tried calling then called me on my mobile to let me know it wasn't working, please look into this as the workmen installing fibre are not doing the job correctly.

@Drj67 Yes the installer should have told you it takes a few hours for the phone side to change over from copper to Fibre, ideally within 24-48hrs, but if he did not say that then everyone is different! At least now you know!
