Hi, 

Hi my sky box is having issue. With connecting to the internet. This has gone on for several days, where it cuts out of the internet and we cannot re-connect unless we hard reset. 
Also my Mb/s has been showing as below the guaranteed mb/s, is there anyway you can help me resolve these issues.

@LewysCummings There should be NO NEED to keep doing a hard reset to the hub, simple power off/on and what happens. The Forum when you post is not sky just customers like yourself, so if you wish to speak to sky then you need to give them a call!
