Sky fibre broadband

Had sky super fast broadband installed last week and a week later the BT open reach box is a solid red on the pon section meaning I'm getting no broadband to my property. Can sky sort an engineer out to fix this please

This could be a local issue, have you ran the line test in the My Sky app?

There's no outages in my area

Also the sky app can run alone test are there's no broadband connection to the property

@help+yourself Guess you have no Mobile data connection then! You could also try just switching the ONT off for 5 minutes, it may recover to a steady Green!
