Sky fibre broadband

On the sky site it's saying my broadband is fine in reality it's running so slow it's unreal we can't connect to anything without buffering it's horrendous I'm supposed to pay £48 a month for the full fiber broadband but it's running slower than my original broadband it's running at 16.6 download and 26.2 upload
