Sky fibre 900mbps weak wifi

very poor WiFi speeds upstairs even though the router is in the optimal position and one bedroom is only getting 13mbps download and literally kbps upload constant drops outs in that room only ,have been trying to get through on live chat to request sky pod to no avail,

Entered all details including account number and had no reply's after that so issue not resolved at all very frustrating.

@Stobbsie Not sure if the live chat is going to get you where you wish to be regarding getting additional pod's but advice has always been to call, so it's up to you!

Update: I am still waiting for the pods after being told they would be sent out immediately.

@Stobbsie Time to call them again, seems like to long a time now has passed, also take a look on your orders to see if you have anything placed there!
