Sky fibre 150 running at 29mps

Switched to sky 3 weeks ago, from old copper BB to fibre, the speed constantly drops to 28mps. On the Sky app the service checker displays this message when trying to trouble shoot.

You don't have permission to access "https://www.sky.com/servicechecker?" on this server.

Have you tried checking the speed by plugging directly into a LAN port on the router? It might just be a wifi issue.

It seems sky has been having lots of wifi issues with the latest routers they are sending out, according to posts on this forum.
