I have today received the new router from yourselves, thank you.
After setting it all up I cannot connect to the Internet on my pc nor connect to the WiFi on my phone or ipad and also my alexa echo dot will not connect.
@Brian335 Do you have sky currently so just a switch over/out off the Hubs, if NOT what was the go live date that sky gave you, until that date the system will have no connectiom, hubs arrive a few day's before the go live so you have it!
