Sky broadband

Our internet connection is constantly turning off entirely. If we stream 2 devices at once it makes the internet unusable for everyone else. The speed is absolutely woeful. If it is not sorted to a useable standard then we will be changing providers entirely. In todays day and age this is shocking.
