Sky broadband

Had engineer out and got Internet sorted but can't set ba k up on TV. Have tried set up but keeps searching but having problem it keeps saying unsuccessful.

@Winter2 What TV is it, have you tried wiping out the TV connection altogether, switch the TV off for 5 minutes so it losses all power, then back on, redo the connection and see what happens!

I have tried all these things lots of times and it's still not working. It keeps say I mg unsiccessful. Its an LG tv.

@Winter2 Has the TV ever been connected to the sky Hub before, and if so are there any changes like new hub, new TV, hub has been moved, had Fibre installed, got a new white sky Max hub, etc!

 

TV's can be just so hard at times for the getting connected, and keeping them connected especially on wi-fi connection!

I have rang Sky and spoke to someone and after troubleshooting it is now back working. Thankyou
