Sky broadband

My wifi it not working, I also want to pay but I don't have acces to my sky account on the sky app I lost my phone with the details and I need help with the payment and sky broadband it not working maybe of the payment issues please help. Thank you

When you ordered Sky Briadband you should have provided some payment details like a credit or debit card or your direct debit details so Sky can take the payment automatically from you so this bring the case usually there is no need to manually pay the bill yourself unless Sky have been unable to take the payment and your service has been restricted so when was your last bill paid, you can check this here:
