My sky broadband was ment to go active on the 17th and still hasn't can j get compensation on this

Iv also got an engineer coming to do my tv today will this go ahead if my broadband isn't active ?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Becky29364 should do if its Sky Q as the enginerr can use his phone to activate the boxes but obviously onlybthecsatellite channels will work as the downloads and apps need an internet connection.
