This is very annoying and I have not been able to stop this issue, whilst sky themselves don't know either and just Fob me off and don't help which isn't good at all. The issue is that I switch on sky broadband sheild to stop the kids going on sites they should not be on, so it's active , then less than thirty minutes later I notice the kids are on it and sky broadband has deactivated and switched itself off. I log back in and its off so I switch it on again and it just does the same thing . I don't know why or how to stop this happening so any help would be great. Still annoyed with sky for not helping at all especially if it's a system that should protect children and keep them safe , thanks

Realistically Shield will only have a small part in doing so even if functioning correctly: it would be very unwise to rely on it entirely.
