Hi,
Thursday early morning my internet went out a roughly 1AM and didnt go back online till roughly 8AM, since then my internet keeps dropping in and out, unable to loads websites etc, i have tried all "tips and tricks" and followed the advise given to help but to no avail.
I read that this is a problem stretching much further than just me and was hoping for a rough timeframe on when it will be resolved.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@JoeLong96You are not talking to Sky, we are customers like yourself. If you are still having issues have you ran the broadband test to see if picks up the fault and enable you to book an engineer?

Yes i have ran the test, all it says it all is working with no faults, however i got my download speeds going from 7mb to 5kb every 5 seconds

Sidenote, i had recently also restarted router to see if it would fix issue, as my internet went offline again at roughly 2am and didnt come back online till 6am this morning
