Sky broadband sale

Received a letter today about sky broadband sale saying as I am a VIP customer I can get full fibre 100 for £29 pounds per month but when you check it online it's £35.50 why

Are you currently a Sky Broadband customer? The terms of the offer may stipulate you need to be a new Sky Broadband customer (ie; not had a Sky Broadband subscription in the previous 18 months).

@Jorich2301 if the letter was addressed to you check the instructions for accessing the offer which are often only available via the My Sky app or website.
