Re: Connection Lost every night at 2am

This has happened to me for the last 4 nights. All between 2am and 4am. Goes down for like 10/20mins at a time. Very annoying as I have stuff in my house that requires internet and they start sounding alarms to say it's lost connection which in turn wakes me up. Can't says I've noticed anything about an update but wish they would sort it and stop doing it

Re: Sky broadband router reboots overnight

@Chrisee Please can I be added to the escalation list as I'm in the same boat as everyone else on this thread. I also started another discussion not realising this one had already existed: https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Broadband/Router-has-started-rebooting-during-the-night/td-p/5023343

Re: Sky Hub software update 5 nights in a row

@klockwood @Jarl There appears to be currently an issue with FW push and for sure the SR203 model wether it's just that particular not known at present so it's a kind off rinse/repeat cycle. Heads up and it's going to be hopefully advised to the sky team!

@Pistonhead I have posted a link to the issue in the closed forum for Sky to pick up tomorrow as I am not sure if the escalation team can do anything practical as firmware updates are managed by the network team.

Re: Sky Hub software update 5 nights in a row

We are having same problem, it's an issue for us we have dogs and to avoid outside noise disrupting them we play internet radio at night to create some background noise. Its not an issue usually as updates are infrequent but this is causing us a problem. When will this be resolved?

Re: Connection Lost every night at 2am

Same here, 5 nights in row

 Thought my router was failing.

Done all service checks and they come back OK and all is OK  during the day.

At least I'm not going mad

SKY. You need to resolve this issue and keep your customer's informed

Re: Sky Hub software update 5 nights in a row

This is the same for me. I have white noise playing for my daughter through Alexa and internet is off again at 2am now my daughter has woke crying and won't go back to sleep without it! This is getting ridiculous... the amount we pay a month and the bills increasing and can't even get decent service!!

Re: Sky Hub software update 5 nights in a row

Of course as long as Sky gets their money, they don't care about us. Well if they don't fix this I want out of my contract. I'll go with a provider that takes an active interest in the service they provide.
