I.got the sky broadband installed 2days ago,but I can't get my smart tv to connect to the WiF.
Was told I have to change WiFi settings to wpa-2, as my broadband is set.on wpa-3.
Anytime.i try doing this using the Web version, I'm told I'm unable to access the page as sky is having issues and to try back. I've been on this for over 2days. At this point I don't know what to.do!
Ive tried resetting the hub, my smart tv, clearing cache and uninstalling the app, but nothing seems.to help.

If that's a white Max Hub you'll need to wait until the My Sky app populates with the Hub Administration tabs. It's not possible to do much at all by accessing the Hub on its IP address.
