@Mum03 we do get posts wanting help to connect devices to the mew hub. One common theme is thatva few older devices dont like the enhanced wifi security level the new hub runs by default. Where this is suspected go into the My Sky app find tge settings for your hub in the Product Options section and click on Advanced and WiFi security and changectge setting from WPA3-T to WPA2 to see if that helps.
There are other possibilities but post derails of the devicecthat is giving you difficulties.
