Sky broadband keeps going down!! Give your customers an explanation

Sky broadband keeps going down. When i check status, there is just a silly statement saying my broadband is down in my area. No kidding. Tell us why!! Tell us what is happening to address!! And tell us what you estimate as a time frame!!

its not rocket science to keep your customers in the know, and not in the dark!!

Phone 150 on your sky landlines or sky mobile. Tell the automated system you have a Online Fault. This will put you through to a human tech support.

@SkyIsNotGood  If there is an area wide outage in your area then this will be down to openreach to fix this fault.
