Hi,
I've had issues with my Sky Boradband since becoming a customer, I was given a Sky Max pod. An engineer came out and gave me another Sky Max Pod and told me my broadband wasn't connected to my account correctly. He did his bits and said it would take around 48 hours for both the Sky Max Hub and the Pods to show on my account. The Hub is connected, however my Sky Max pods are not connecting to the WiFi. I've left them out overnight, I've reset my Wifi, done all the steps that are online and nothing has worked. All they do is flash, go off and then flash again, so it is like they're trying to connect but nothing is happening,
Is there a way to add the Sky Max pods manually to my account? Although the wifi does connect upstairs, it's not great and sometimes I have to connect to my mobile data on my phone. I also need an ethernet cable to my PC so the internet/wifi is dropping here too.
Any help would be appreciated!
