My fibre broadband has been connected for 5 days,but is showing as not activated on sky app.It is working but I can't access the settings for security shield

If you have upgraded from superfast fttc to ultrafast fttp then you may have to contact sky to get the broadband shield settings transferred .
Call sky on 150 from your sky landline or
zero three three three seven five nine one zero one eight from any other phone
Or if in Ireland
Call sky ireland on
