Sky broadband down Santry

Internet light is in solid orange. Restart still the same. Bases in Santry.

If you have Sky Fibre and your ONT shows a red light then have a read of this:

Try running this line test to see if it finds any faults:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

Helpless. It is skybroadband service down. Internet is in amber light no matter how many time I restarted it. Sky support pls look into it.  No internet since March 12th evening.

You haven’t contacted Sky by posting on here. This is a customer ▶️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other customers.

 

Sky won't look into anything based on your post. You need to contact Sky Ireland to see what's happening (the auto compensation that is relevant to UK customers does not apply in the ROI).
