Re: Sky broadband disconnecting

@Stu1967 What is the Q connecting to the hub or the booster, and assume that you are trying to do it wireless wi-fi.

Is there anyway that you can do the Q by connecting it via Ethernet cable?

Re: Sky broadband disconnecting

Can't connect via cable and sky q is connecting to sky pod as it must be the closest point

@Stu1967 Do you per chance still have a sky SE210 white booster?

@Stu1967 Is your sky Max and Sky pod all just new, or have they been working well with the Q for a while?

Re: Sky broadband disconnecting

@Stu1967 As you are relying on the Sky Q to catch the wireless on the pod and back to the Max hub. The Max hub was updated to allow sky Q to work with it not sure when but Q was designed to work and mesh with the older hub which it never had a problem with.

As you say you cannot cable from the Q then only suggestion is get sky involved, pretty sure they will have to fit a sky SE210 booster to try and bolster your wi-fi at the Q.

As a sky Max and pod customer should not be to much off a problem BUT you are going to have to do it by calling them same way as you probably did to get your first pod!

Only other that i can think off and this would be on sky Q can you turn off the 5Ghz band and only leave the 2.4Ghz band on....
