Sky broadband and phone line not working

Sky broadband and phone line not working,

since morning trying to connect customer service no luck

looks live no customer service exists with Sky.

Any help would be much appreciated.

I can't help but I am also having the same issue. Hub keeps rebooting, WiFi drops out, tests are inconclusive but can't work out how to speak to someone to get it fixed.

If you haven’t done it already use the below link to check to see if there are any outages nearby https://www.sky.com/servicechecker
(This should determine if there's an identified fault affecting multiple households)

If there aren't any then try running the line test here
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

Once completed, if it reports back that all is good click on 'broadband' to run an updated test. If you get amber or red you need to follow the on-screen instructions.

If the service checker is still not telling you that Sky are aware you may need to call them to report it (dial 150 free from your Sky Talk landline).

Any engineer visit that’s required is likely to be delayed due to the disruption from the recent storms.

 

The Customer Service line is open as normal but obviously there may be a wait.

I am having the same issues. I have been away over the weekend and the service checker shows my broadband speeds dropped Friday and haven't yet returned. This morning we have no landline (line cord error) and broadband keeps recycling and disconnecting. I have a connection but it isn't stable enough to make work video calls.

The MySky app isn't loading for me either (i did the service checker on the website). 

 

I have spoken with sky and the person on the other end said there was an issue with his visibility of my profile to was unable to diagnose any issue. He is waiting for it to be sorted and then will call me back to help me. 

 

Just sharing for info if others are having broadband issues this morning.

I’m having issues as well. Hub has no light on for Internet but the test keeps telling me the connection is fine.
