What it will do is get you a guaranteed speed and they will also have to accept 10 or more line drops in a 24 hour period as a line fault

There is a guarantee on ADSL also & the line drop figure is the same for ADSL. Upgrading a customer to Fibre when they have a router and/or line fault is not a solution unless they are moving them to a different line completely.

How do you actually get to speak to a Sky Tech Dept?
Broadband/WiFi keeps dropping.
Thinking of going back to Virginmedia.

Do you have to pay for the engineer to come out and look at the issue? not sure how it all works, but my wifi keeps dropping and disconnecting every evening for about a month now since the new YouFibre being installed in the area i think, so not happy about paying the price for my wifi to be dropped every evening
