Sky broadband Hub regularly disconnecting

Hi,

I wanted to ask for some help as struggling to via Sky bot etc.

I have had sky broadband for 2 weeks, it worked perfectly fine until 3 days ago.

Since then the hub keeps disconnecting regularly cutting off my calls/connexion while wfh (min once per hour, at the moment every 15min since I tried to change the connexion).

I already rebooted it, and also tried to directly connect it via ethernet to the Openreach ONT.

No change. Not sure what to do else, especially as the service checker tool keeps showing my connexion as being good.
