Had problems last week when voice light stayed on orange, even after turning off, resetting etc, and had no internet. All other lights green, and service checks said all ok.
Phoned sky, and after an hour and a half going through all possible causes, was sent a new router last Saturday (5th Oct).
All fine until this morning... no internet, and no light at all now on the voice light on router. Have tried all possibilities again, resetting, turning off etc... but still no internet.! Three green lights on, service checker says all ok.
Please tell me how to solve this Sky, it's a new router and still have problems.
Is there anything else it could be?
