Sky boosters

I have just upgraded to sky max hub, which I got the next day. But have had no update

regarding the 3 boosters I'm meant to be getting, they said 2 days but have had nothing via email to say there coming, I can't seem to get through to someone on the chat and don't want to call as don't have the time to wait around on call. Can anyone advise if they have had the boosters arrive with no communication. I got a notification from Royal Mail straight away with the hub it's self thanks

@Ssmk You don't get booster's just because you ordered sky Max, call's to get, Engineers to be sent to see why all that has to be done via sky Customer Service!
