Sky booster pod not connecting

Sky booster pod provided with the Sky max does not connect to the router for more than 1 minute.

Also the WiFi to the property varies wildly between 700 & and 65 averages at 248.

Occasionally drops of completely thus the Hive central heating disconnects.

This is not the Sky Max I signed up for!!
