Sky are terrible
My WiFi goes down every day. I get fix suggestions, my browser asking for network username and password details. A pulsing greenlight and it's daily. Firstly how do you speak to someone who isn't on the sales team, secondly does anyone else have this?

Quickest way is to dial 150 from your Sky Talk landline.

Given Sky Broadband supplies over five million properties, at any particular point in time there's likely to be thousands of faults on the national Openreach network affecting Sky subscribers.
