Sky accessibility support team

Hi I have been with Sky over 20 years now and due to my osteoarthritis which often renders me unable to function fully. I registered with the accessibility support but find it impossible to get in touch with them!? Due to my OA flaring up yesterday I had to reschedule my sky fibre installation but wanted to let accessibility know too. I can't always know when my illness flares up but am worried now I will be charged. Any suggestions please it's getting more difficult to make contact with a human now😕

@Henry+the+eigth  If you're registered with the accessibility team why don't you contact them through their channels?  https://www.sky.com/help/articles/contacting-sky-accessibility

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
