I have recently been sent a sky wifi pod to extend my wifi signal, the pod was connected OK but a couple of days ago it shows as disconnected. I have tried multiple times to re add it but it never connects to the hub. It is also the same for the manual process. I have rebooted router etc but still nothing. The pod just pulses a white light constantly. Have also tried plugging in the pod to the plug which is directly next to the router (about 50cm) and it still doesnt connect.
Can I please have some assistance in getting the pod reconnected?
