Hello, I had ordered the full fibre Gigafast package and my service was all activated yesterday. i had plugged the Sky Router in and it was setting up as it should. it gave a white light on the router but whenever i tried to access my emails or browsing in general it is very slow and sometimes just scrolls and takes forever to load. I did Restart the router several times and ultimately factory reset the router but did not make a difference. i have noticed that throughout several times of the day the router starts to flash green slowly and then proceeds to reboot and then gives the steady white light again. like it is in a loop. any ideas as to what it can be? i currently have the 2.5GE Adtran ONT, which was recently replaced as my previous one was faulty. on the ONT all the lights are green as it should be.

@Ammar786 if the rebooting continues call Sky they have a limited phone service today. They are fully open from Friday when the forum escalation team will be around who we usually use to sort these issues which can be linked to the config at Openreach's end.

@Ammar786 if the rebooting continues call Sky they have a limited phone service today. They are fully open from Friday when the forum escalation team will be around who we usually use to sort these issues which can be linked to the config at Openreach's end.

@ChriseeQuick update that i have spoken to them today and they have ordered a replacement router for me and have also raised this to networks to have a look in regards to the slow internet. Thanks for your help.

The constant restarting for me has fixed with the current router I have it's just the slow internet, they did say that they are happy with the configurations on the router etc they just said that it could possibly be a faulty unit, and replacing it is the best solution. So let's see how it goes.
