My Sky WiFi router either stops working for 24 hours or (like today) goes on for 10 minutes then drops out for several hours. I've had engineers come in and run tests however the traffic on the broadband is low and so isn't an issue. I've also had a new WiFi router installed (well they sent it to me to install..).
Does anyone else have this issue and is there a fix as I'm thinking about cancelling my broadband subscription due to Sky's 'customer care team' never being available or able to 'help' and the app now doesn't let you report an issue - It's as though they don't want to actually interact with their customers outside of taking their money...

Have to say with no contact from Sky and the sky 'community' support only sending a holding message, not sure how I can rate this as 'helpful'
