Sky WiFi pod
I currently have 2 pods connected in my WiFi set up. Sky has me registered as having 3 pods - the third one displays as an unconnected device. I've tried on calls but no-one seems to be able to understand my issue. How do I get the third pod that I do not have removed from my account? It even has an id of AS9D8B16BE but doesn't exist!

Re: Sky WiFi pod
@peeriejohnny if it isnt causing issues I wouldn't bother as to get it removed apparently requires action by a back office team
