Sky WiFi dropping out frequently

In the last fortnight my sky broadband has been dropping out, apps on sky not working, phones not working, I have to reset everything sometimes 3 times a day for it to resume! I do the line checker on sky and it says everything is fine!

I have moved to new address on 6th of April and broadband service change to my new address on 9th of April 

I am finding lots of difficulties to watch glass tv content does not enough frequency to operate glass tv 

what I find the service of the broadband are very slow in this area and it's not worth to have broadband service from you if you have solutions that tell me or I will switch to different providers
