@Hannibah no annoucment from Sky as yet so the answer is no.

anyone know of any good alternatives to sky buddy elsewhere? struggling to find one that doesn't cost a fortune in subscription charges 🙄

Services like that tend to be on a subscription basis because they require constant maintainance on the back-end for the web blocking and filtering component.
