Sky WiFi Max (white) Router restarts each morning

Hi,

I have only recently joined Sky Broadband using the white, WiFi Max router and at some point between 10am and 11am each morning the router restarts, dropping all connected devices.

Whilst I understand updates sometime need to be applied, surely it would make sense to apply these overnight when the router is less likely to be in use?

Any advice? Thanks.
