My broadband signal is good within a few metres of the router but falls away really sharply any further than that. How do I get the extender pods?

If you have 'Wi-Fi Max' Sky will loan you up to 3 booster pods. Call Sky to arrange the first one.

Additional pods then require an engineer visit to check your set up, https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max
