Currently have two Wi-Fi boosters upstairs and downstairs which was working perfectly fine
last week it's seems to have stopped working and the connection light is not there have tried numerous times to re set and hard reset and still won't connect back as only two lights are showing
any further assistance would Be appreciated

Hi @Rups it sounds like the booster/s may be faulty. If you call Skys customer service team they may be able to help resolve the issue or issue a replacement if necessary.
