Sky Wi-Fi Max parental control and other features

Hi

First of all I miss Sky broadband buddy. It was one hell of a tool with all features parents can ever dream of !!

Now as per my understanding with this Wi-Fi max, the parental control at max is limited to either pausing the connection to a device or allowing. Right ? Sometimes children need to access the same device to get into their school homework applications which also run on mobiles. So pausing the connection to a device abc or xyz is not going to help. That old buddy used to allow us to even pause an application such as 123 on device abc so the remaining device is still working but application 123 is paused.

Having said that, had anyone as a parent fully experienced this new Wi-Fi max feature and in a position to confirm if it's doable or not ?

Is sky broadband through Wi-Fi max dual band or tri band ?

Thanks in advance

@dejavu94

WiFi Max is dual-band 802.11ax for the Sky Max router and dual-band 802.11ac wireless for the Max Pods.
