I recently upgraded to fibre broadband with a Sky WiFi Max Hub. Now I cannot get my Sonia Move to connect to my network, which pretty much renders it useless,
has anyone else had a similar propbelm. Previously I was using it fine with my Archer C9 router and I had 4g internet through an external antenna. I also have Sky Stream with 2 extra puc's which I had both before and after the Wi-Fi upgrade. My Sonos move was working fine before I upgraded to the new Fibre and Wi-Fi Max Hub.
the Sonos move is the only sonos product I own and I get as far as putting in the Wi-Fi password, it then hangs on connecting for 2 mins and says "You may need to adjust your router settings"
I've tried disabling my other router which I now use as an Access Point to extend the range. I've also tried disabling the 5ghz so I only have 1 2.4ghz to connect to. Nothing works.
surely someone else has experienced and overcome this issue? 2 seperate 1 hour phone calls to Sonia customer support have been a waste of time.
please help!!! I'm losing the will to live.

I'm having the same issue - yet to find a solution.
