Sky WIFI drops out and TV relies on it.
I have had Sky for three days and in this time it has dropped out five times.
My TV relies on the WIFI and it says no internet connection. However, on the router all of the four lights are green and says it is working. The frustrating thing is you have to reset and reconnect entering the password every single time just to watch TV.

Hi @Susan154 It sounds like you are well within your cooling off period, so you could simply cancel. However if you are looking for Sky to help you, then you need to contact them.
