Sky Ultrafast Installation help

Hi,

I want to have ultrafast broadband installed, but currenly have a media wall with all my power and phone line hidden. As part of the installation, do the engineers install any other internal connections and if so, how big are they?

Thanks

@GaryG86

For Ultrafast over FTTP you'd  be getting an Openreach ONT (SIRO ONT in RoI) : this is a wall mounted 'fibre modem'.  An Openreach or Eircom installer is very unlikely to mount this in a concealed way, but the link between the ONT and the Sky Hub is over ethernet cable (which can be extended) or potentially a Powerline link.

Sky Glass 55" (on ethernet) & two Stream Pucks (one ethernet / one WiFi)
BT Halo 3+ Ultrafast FTTP (500Mbs), BT Smart Hub 2
