The Sky stream hub is having connectivity issues where programmes won't load and it just says there's a technical problem. everything has been rebooted several times but still no picture or program will display or play. wifi is working fine as Netflix and YouTube works ok. What is the cause of this problem and how do I fix it.
@EileenWilliams What was done to cause this, you mention a new package can you say what and also is the problem that you have only with getting TV at both the locations but everything else is working? As per your heading is everything TV wise now new streaming mode Equipment ie sky Puck's!
