Sky Stream Freezing and Unresponsive

My new sky stream keeps freezing. It will completely stop responding and either freeze, or it will go black. It will then need to be unplugged and often take several minutes to go back on. Any suggestions?

I have good internet speed - 300 mbps

Mine is the same but all tests say everyone is ok.

same here! only started the last week or so never had problems before but all the service checkers say everything is perfect. not my first issue with sky, mobile is forever having problems
