Hi,
After upgrading to fibre, im trying to adjust my settings on sky shield but when going through safari and app it comes up with waiting for broadband to be activated?
I've been activated on the sky broadband for over a month.
I hve also noticed that my order progress for the fibre is not been updated even though its active and all fine.
Ive spoken to somebody at sky which took 20 mins to get through to somebody, who took ages to say that there not sure and leave it with them while they escalate and look into it but doesnt know when it will be sorted.
Any help will be grateful accepted 😊
