1 month since joining Sky broadband and its still not installed. Who do i talk to, who do i phone?

Have you been advised of a target date, or have there been failed visits?
Unfortunately delays aren't unusual with FTTP installation.
Putting the address into the BT Wholesale Availability Checker should indicate which provisioning type is applicable.
