Sky Shield doesn't work

Sky Shield has been switched on correctly, I'm trying to filter out adult content. Despite this, I've tested various sites on different mobile devices and a desktop, the addresses still resolve and the adult content is displayed! 

I need to stop this getting through due to having children in the household, last thing I'd want. Please help.

Turns out it just takes some time to apply the filter, about an hour on my new Router. Case closed!
