Sky Service check is a joke
Two lights on hub, plus orange internet or no lights at all (alternating orange/off). Sky service check says I have a problem. The only option offered is 'Let's fix it', which on clicking leads to a proclamation that all is fine. I can see with my own eyes that the hub is not fine. I can see that my computer is not connected. But sky says everything is fine, no engineer offered, nothing, it's as if it pre programmed to report everything is fine when it isn't. Anyone else infuriated with Sky's service checker. Any suggestions ?

I get three green ticks to say that the checker has connected to the hub EVEN whilst it was unplugged! So the checker is evidently not actually checking the hub at all!! Stupid!

@dobettersky & @Geen1 the checker shows the result of the last routine test and it shows when that check was run. If you click to run the test again it will show you the current podition. It is not that clear and does confuse people but it can beca useful guide.

No, you can run it time after time and still get the same result. Why would they set it up not to work the first time anyway? After about 12 attempts it finally decided that there was an issue and offered the engineer.

@Geen1 that is a question you have to ask Sky. We. Know they are working on improving the test but havent been given any more info.

Yep in same boat its there software issues and there updates. I'm stuck with no internet or phone. Complete mess sky is at minute.
