Sky Router Coverage

Apologies for the lack of techie knowledge, but I'd welcome some advice.

I've had a black sky Q router, which has been located fairly centrally in my house, which is a 100 years old 4 bed semi - so some of the walls are fairly thick.  The coverage within the house was reasonable.

I've just had 500Mbps fibre installed, with a white Sky Max router.  However, this has been installed in a different location - essentially in a corner of the house.  As a result, coverage across the house is now poor, with some rooms receiving no signal at all.

I'd welcome any advice on the best way to deal with the coverage issue.  I've read about using mesh, but I'm not clear whether this would be compatible with my router, what the best option would be, or whether there are other solutions.
